After three successful tasting events in a space of just 6 weeks and renowned for his 10 Course Tasting Menu, head chef and creator Lawrence Gomez, will once again showcase his modern cooking methods and innovative culinary skills with a “Vegan Tasting Menu” that promises to ‘take your taste buds on a new journey and leave you wanting more!’ The menu has been carefully designed to cater for Vegans and non Vegans, showcasing the best of fresh fruit and vegetables through its “African fusion food” concept and includes: Beetroot salad with mint mimosa dressing; Creamed cauliflower soup with truffle oil; PAPA L’s coconut curry with baby sweetcorn, sugar snaps and steamed rice; Spiced plantain with confit shallots and Grilled brocolli with smoked tomato vinaigrette – to name a few dishes.
